Matt Snow joined our team in November of 2024 as a Paraplanner, with plans to take on larger roles within the firm in 2025 and 2026.

Matt began his career with Young Life’s Frontier Ranch, a youth camp for teens, in 2008.  With a love for outdoor adventure, Matt was entrusted with the management of all outdoor programs, including high ropes, rappelling, waterfront, and guiding kids up a nearly 13,000-foot summit.  Risk management and organization were top priorities in keeping over 450 campers and leaders safe each week at Frontier Ranch. 

After leaving Frontier, Matt had the opportunity to assist in launching a local business-- a rooftop bar.  Right away, Matt created a profitable and sustainable business.  Throughout his working life Matt has been a key player in managing budgets and finances in all of his various endeavors and has been a sought-after advisor in personal finance for friends and colleagues as a hobby and service to his community.

Matt lives in Buena Vista, CO and has been a committed local community member volunteering his time on various boards and now is an officer on the leadership team of his young church plant.  Among Matt’s favorite volunteer opportunities are serving as a substitute teacher, guest lecturer and adventure volunteer at his kids’ school.   Matt is married to Beth, beloved nurse practitioner in Buena Vista and they have 4 young children; Jude, Olivia, Blythe, and Ben.
